Join former McHenry baseball and current NIU player Cooper Cohn for 90 minutes of high intensity hitting. The camp will have various Cobras coaches and other teammates of Cooper. The players will be put through 4-5 stations per day learning new drills and workouts to put into their daily routines. Each coach will be designated to a station where athletes will rotate through. We will improve mechanics and strength enabling them to swing 'faster'.
